Christian and Colin are outstanding AC Servicemen. The Synergie office coordinator also helped us get our AC unit back online by coordinating our schedules. Christain succinctly explained various options, coordinated with the office to establish our warranty dates, and then he and Colin replaced the missing freon with no issues. "These guys are great. They will try to fix something if they can. Got me 5 more years out of my 22 year old unit. Other ac companies didn't even attempt to check it out. Just looked at it and said you need a new one. However, it finally died and they installed a Goodman. These guys will bend over backwards to try and get you up and running as fast as possible. Not the biggest ac company out there but bigger is not always better."

Pete and his team are amazing. Called on a Monday afternoon for service. I was called back immediately and scheduled service for the next day!
